The man in the Watson shop at West Mall was so rude. He did not even think twice before speaking in front of a customer.
“We won’t lose anything only the customer will lose.” How can someone say that in front of the customer? Worst experience ever. Never coming back again.

1/12/2023, 3:45 PM. Not a very nice experience at Watson, and it's also not the first time having a bad experience. I wanted to buy some Sensodyne toothpastes. I asked the temporary staff for clearer information on the 33% mix-and-match offer, regarding which types were included. However, she just went on doing her own thing busily and ignored me with her simple answer. Another staff member just didn't care and was doing things at the cashier counter. It's like they were trying to get away from customers and were not willing to serve. It seems like a big company full of untrained staff.

I ordered an extra-cooling fever patch on Foodpanda. But it kept delaying. When I chatted with the driver, he said that when he arrived at the shop, the goods were not ready yet. The delivery time extended from 30 minutes to 60 minutes. I cannot go out as I need to look after the patient; otherwise, I would not have ordered it online. The patient also had a high fever, even after seeing a doctor and taking Panadol. Given this kind of urgency, the staff did not take the severity seriously. Poor service.
