The man in the Watson shop at West Mall so rude. He did not even think twice before speaking in front a customer. “We won’t lose anything only the customer will lose” How can someone say that in front of the customer. Worst experience ever l. Nvr coming back again.

i order extra cooling fever patch on foodpanda. But keep delay, when i chat with the driver, he said when he arrived the shop the goods not ready yet. The delivery time from 30min extended to 60min. I cannot go out need to look after the patient if not i will not order it online. High fever also after see doctor and take panadol. this kind of urgency, the staff not take the severity. poor service

This is the first time I’m writing a review for a Watson Brick & Mortar store because of how bad the service is at Westgate. I totally understand if you’re busy or short handed but if you’re gonna let one staff to pack the store by herself then at least fix the card payment checkout. The staff attitude has got to go as well, understand that everyone has their days but even after a smile and ‘Thank You’ the attitude is still there.

1/12/2023,3:45pm, Not very nice experience at Watson & also, not the first time having bad experience. Wanted to buy some sensodyne toothpastes. Asked the temp staff for the clearer info on the 33% mix & match on which type but she just went on do her own thing busily & ignored me with her simple answer. Another one just don't care & doing thing at the cashier counter. It's like getting away from customer & not willing to serve. It seem like a big company full of untrained staffs.

Unpleasant experience at watson westgate with cashier name Euca, showed him a photo ask him whether got this item or not, he didn even see straight away say no we dont have. Feel sad to this store owner to have this kind of staff. No manner at all, will not visit this store again.

I ordered an extra-cooling fever patch on Foodpanda. But it kept delaying. When I chatted with the driver, he said that when he arrived at the shop, the goods were not ready yet.
