The store's system is not user-friendly. For a foreigner who has just arrived for work and needs a cell phone number for basic needs, it is IMPOSSIBLE!!! They don't have a queue system to allow you to sign up. The only option is a cellphone number-based QR code, which makes queuing impossible if you don't have a phone number. Further, store assistants are not ready to help, either too busy or too lazy. Definitely not going to come back for this nonsense.

My broadband was supposed to be installed today. We provided the retail staff with two numbers to call in case either one did not answer. Neither of us received any calls at all. So, I called the retailer to seek advice since I kept getting an automated message when I called 1688. I then called Singtel at Westgate and was answered by a very rude male staff member. I believe it was the same person who served us from the very beginning. I will not mention names. I couldn't even finish my sentence; he kept cutting me off and repeatedly told me to call 1688. He didn't even bother to hear what I had to say. We gave that staff two numbers to call. Since the technicians didn't even call the second number, it shows that the retail staff did not provide the two numbers and the instructions we gave. I am definitely not coming back and will visit other Singtel retail stores instead. Please note that customer service does not end with walk-in customers but also extends to phone etiquette.
