Good service by Jeffrey. He explained the plans that I was switching to thoroughly. Jeffrey is considerate and helpful. Thank you Eric and another staff too. All of you have made my experience there a pleasant one.

Emilee from Westgate retailer is a very helpful and knowledgeable gal who helped my mum transfer to her new phone. She is patient with elderly, efficient and gives good advices. Great service! Highly recommended to everyone!

My broadband was supposed to come and install today. we provided the retail staff with 2 numbers to call in case either one did not answer. both of us did not receive any calls at all. so i called the retailer to seek for advice since i kept getting automated message when i call 1688. so i called singtel at westgate and was answered by this very rude male staff. i believe it was the same person who served us from the very beginning. will not mention names. i couldn't even finish my sentence and he kept cutting me off and kept telling me to call 1688. didn't even bother to hear what i had to say. we gave that staff 2 numbers to call. since the technicians didn't even call the second number, it shows that the retail staff did not even provide the 2 numbers and the instructions given by us. definitely not coming back, and will visit other singtel retail stores instead. pls note that customer service does not end when it comes to walk-in customers but also extend to phone etiquettes.

The store setting is not user friendly. For a foreigner who just comes to work here and tries to get a cell phone number for your basic needs, it is IMPOSSIBLE!!! They don’t have a queue system to allow you signup. The only thing is a cellphone number based QR code which you cannot queue up cuz you don’t have a phone number. Further, store assistants are not ready to help, either too busy or too lazy. Definitely not going to come back for this nonsense.

They waste customer time by incorrect guidance. I asked broadband related support, but they said to go to boon lay store although the store don’t cover broadband service. Of course I went there, then I got such a explanation from staff at boon lay.

They waste customer time by incorrect guidance. I asked for broadband-related support, but they said to go to the Boon Lay store, although the store doesn't cover broadband services. Of course, I went there, then I got such an explanation from staff at Boon Lay.

The store's system is not user-friendly. For a foreigner who has just arrived for work and needs a cell phone number for basic needs, it is IMPOSSIBLE!!!
