It is my first time choosing Presto, and it was a pleasant experience. They have quite a number of outlets, so I chose one that was more convenient. I've sent in a winter coat and a few tops/bottoms for dry cleaning, and all came back clean and nicely ironed. I will stick to Presto next time I need dry cleaning or laundry services.

Auntie Jesslyn has been very helpful since my army days! I have had my No. 1 uniform washed there since my army days, and now she has assisted me to wash my blazer, which turned out perfectly! She has been very friendly since Day 1. Highly recommend!

I saw the reviews and decided to try anyway because it was nearby. The lady is indeed rude, but that's not the issue. The issue is my down jacket went there clean but came back with marks and stains. I took a picture at the counter when I was there because I wanted proof if it got stained. I thought it would be a rare occurrence for them to stain clothes, since they are supposed to be professionals. But anyway, I saw white and black marks on the outside of the coat. And on the inside, I don't know why there were spray marks; I don't know what they used. I think they won't give my money back, so I will just be spreading this review everywhere. Zzz. $47 for dry cleaning, too. Well, at least it smells clean, despite all the additional stains and marks. Go if you want your clothes stained. Also, what kind of fake 5-star reviews are there here? The lady who served me (Jesslyn, as mentioned on the receipt) never once smiled and was damn Dao. I think you're writing fake reviews to scam your customers.

I was particularly impressed with the turnaround time. I needed my clothes cleaned in a hurry, and Presto was able to accommodate my request without any problems. When I picked up my clothes, they were perfectly clean and looked brand new. It was clear that Presto takes a lot of pride in their work, and it shows in the quality of their cleaning.
I will definitely be using Presto Drycleaners again in the future, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional dry cleaner.
