Paradise Dynasty is a popular spot, especially during dinner hours, so it’s best to make a reservation in advance if you don’t want to wait.
Food-wise, it’s generally consistent, though I personally find their noodle dishes to be more reliable than the stir-fry options. My go-to is the dry spicy noodles with pork and prawn dumpling—it's flavourful without being overly spicy, and always hits the spot.
Their stir-fry dishes can be hit-or-miss. For example, the spinach stir-fry can be well-seasoned on some days but completely bland on others. The stir-fried beef also suffers from this inconsistency.
Appetiser-wise, the black fungus with peppercorn and garlic used to be a favourite, but they seem to have reduced the quality recently, making it tougher to chew. On the other hand, the cucumber with garlic, chilli and vinegar is refreshing and appetising, and the drunken chicken remains flavourful and well-marinated.
Overall, it’s a good place to pop by, especially if you're craving reliable noodles and decent sides; just manage your expectations with the stir-fry.

Dropped by during the tea time 50% off promo to try the Taro buns! (But the taro buns were not 50% off.)
The Taro Lava Buns were pretty good; you could taste the orhnee. The only sad part is it's a tad too mini.
We also ordered XiaoLongBaos, a red bean crispy pancake, and an aloe vera osmanthus jelly dessert. It's very worth dropping by during tea time!

The food is nice. Always the best choice when craving xiao long bao in the Jurong East area. They have the special 8-flavor XLB, which looks so nice, but for me, the original flavor is the best. You can see them making XLB in the kitchen when you walk into the restaurant.
Besides good food, the service crew here is also super friendly and helpful. The Vietnamese staff at the cashier introduced me to join the membership to get a discount and earn points. So helpful. Recommended: Xiao Long Bao, Pan-fried Shanghai Bun, Drunken Chicken, Pork Chop Fried Rice.

First time here for dinner. Chose the standard menu (without beef and seafood). The soup base was Mala. Overall, the Mala taste was good. Not overly oily, making it drinkable. I like it. The steamboat choice was pretty limited, but complemented by the cooked food selection, it made for a sumptuous meal. The staff were attentive and good. I am happy and will return.

I remember when they first opened at Ion Orchard, renowned for their gorgeous interior design and soon also for their 8-colored soup dumplings. Throughout the years, their standard has remained consistently good regardless of outlet. Some flavours have been replaced over time, but the new flavours are definitely still delicious. My family particularly likes the cheese ones. Good service, nice ambience.
