It is my first time choosing Presto and it was a pleasant experience. They have quite number of outlets so I chose 1 that’s more convenient. I’ve send in a winter coat and few tops/bottom for dryclean, all came back clean and nicely ironed. I shall stick to presto next time when I need dryclean/laundry wash.

From the moment I dropped off my clothes, the staff, Miss Jesslyn Lee was friendly and helpful. She took the time to answer all my questions and explained the cleaning process in detail.
I was particularly impressed with the turnaround time. I needed my clothes cleaned in a hurry, and Presto was able to accommodate my request without any problems. When I picked up my clothes, they were perfectly clean and looked brand new. It was clear that Presto takes a lot of pride in their work, and it shows in the quality of their cleaning.
I will definitely be using Presto Drycleaners again in the future, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional dry cleaner.

Saw the reviews and decided to try anyway cause was nearby. Lady is indeed rude. But that’s not the issue. The issue is my down jacket went there clean, but came back with marks and stains. I took picture at the counter when I was there cause if got stain I can justify. Thought it would be a rare occurrence for them to stain clothes since they are supposed to be professionals. But anyways see the marks white and black on the outside of the coat, and the inside idk why got spray marks idk what they used. I think they won’t give money back so will just be spreading this review everywhere. Zzz. $47 to dry clean somemore. Well at least it smells clean. Despite all the additional stains and marks. Go if you want your clothes stained. Also what kind of fake 5 star reviews are there here. The lady who served me (Jesslyn as mentioned on the receipt) never once smiled and was damn Dao. I think you’re writing fake reviews to scam your customers.

Auntie Jesslyn has been very since my army days! I wash my number1 uniform there since army and now she has been assisting me to wash my blazer which turn out perfectly! She has been very friendly since day1. Highly recommend!
