After signing a package with staff Jessie, she later went for her confinement. Luckily, the second time, staff were still willing to serve. Unfortunately, after two calls last month, all the staff were fully booked. This morning, I called again for today or tomorrow, but they were also fully booked. Jessie went on leave, and there was no response from her even after she returned from work. Given this type of service, should I sign up for another package? I've only had my facial done 2 or 3 times, and how much longer until my package ends!

Surprise (but not really)! As usual, this is an establishment where most 5-star reviewers are from accounts with little to no prior reviews, likely having been "scammed" or convinced to leave a good rating for subpar services. Horrible attitude by the staff members, who use low-grade products and barely perform any extractions – even going so far as to lock you in their consultation room so that you may "have time to think about" purchasing their packages. When a request to cancel the package was made and a refund was finally processed via cheque, the counter staff still asked if I wanted to offset the remaining balance with their clinic's products when picking up the cheque instead. After giving me the WORST acne infection and outbreak of my entire life, really???
