Food came pretty fast compared to the other reviews. I only waited 5 minutes, but the quality was abysmal. I ordered 3x chicken breast, but the batter wasn't cooked well, suggesting the fryer wasn't at the right temperature. It was mushy and unappetising.

Here's the edited review:
We waited about 20 minutes for the food. While this is a decent amount of waiting time, it was before peak hour and the restaurant was not crowded. The food was served hot, which was a plus. The chili crab sauce did not contain actual crab, but it paired well with the rice. The fries were also good, as they remained crispy even after they turned cold.

Went for dinner. Tried the Halloween Charcoal promo they were having.
Chips were always on point with the delicious truffle sauce!
The charcoal batter, however, felt more like bread—not really the crispy batter you get with their usual proteins. Not a fan of that.

Not as bad as I expected, especially since I kept my expectations as low as possible after reading the reviews.
The waiting time for my fried pollock set was short (it was takeout); I recall it was about 5 minutes. The fried fish tasted alright, with no fishy odor and the right batter crispiness and thickness. It was served with mayo mixed with pickle. The meal was also the right portion for a sleazy weekend lunch. The fries were also crunchy and surprisingly not as bland as most fast food fries.

It is extremely obvious that they prioritise delivery orders over dine-in customers.
They should probably just move to another place if they want to treat their restaurant as a collection point for delivery orders only.
EDIT: I went to this place a second time on October 10, 2024, at 10:30 AM. Food came in 10 minutes and tasted great.
Generally, it is okay, but avoid coming here on weekends.
