Food came pretty fast compared to the other reviews. I only waited 5 minutes, but the quality was abysmal. I ordered 3x chicken breast but look at the batter, it isn’t cooked well like the fryer wasn’t at the right temperature. Mushy and unappetising

It is extremely obvious that they prioritise delivery orders over customers who are at the restaurant.
They should probably just move to another place if they want to treat their restaurant as a collection point/ delivery order only.
EDIT: Gone to this place a second time on 10 Oct 24, 1030hrs. Food came in 10 minutes and tastes great.
Generally it is okay but avoid coming here in the weekends.

Not as bad as I expected, note that I kept my expectation as low as possible upon reading the reviews.
The waiting time for my fried pollock set was short (note that it was takeout), if I can recall it was 5 minutes. The fish fry tasted alright, no fishy odor and with right batter crispiness and thickness, served with mayo that was mixed with pickle. The meal was also of right portion for a sleazy weekend lunch. The fries side was also crunchy and surprisingly not as bland as most fast food fries out there.

Went for dinner. Tried the Halloween Charcoal promo they having.
Chips always on point with the truffle sauce yumz!
The charcoal battered hmmm.. feels like bread not really the crispy batter u get when u get their proteins.. not a fan of that.

Waited about 20 minutes for the food which is still a decent amount of waiting time, but it was before peak hour and the restaurant was not crowded. The food was served hot though which is a plus. Chilli crab sauce does not have actual crab inside but it goes well with the rice. The fries are good too since they still remained crispy even after it turned cold.
