The aunty with short hair is very rude. I asked her nicely where I could find certain products and was met with, "If you can’t find it, then it’s sold out." She did not even try to assist.

I had a bad experience there today. I ended up leaving the store empty-handed, even though there was stuff I wanted to buy.
I was there today (August 18, 2022) to replenish a certain skincare product I have been using for the past 2 years without an issue.
Hard-selling Sales Lady #1 snatched the skincare product out of my hands, returned the product to the shelves, and without warning pulled me towards another shelf to recommend a few much more expensive products, which were completely different from what I was looking for. That pull hurt my hand quite a bit.
Upon inspecting the ingredients of the items she recommended, I realized there were a few that I am allergic or sensitive to. I politely told the sales lady and declined her offer. She went on to tell me how all their products are anti-allergy, which was not true. My allergies and sensitivities are diagnoses from a dermatologist.
When I handed her back the products and walked back towards what I was there to get, she basically cursed me and said, "When that product gives you skin damage, then you come back and find me, lor." I noted that I have been using that product for 2 years WITH NO ISSUES.
I was no longer in the mood to shop for skincare at that point, so I walked away to look at supplements instead.
I was looking for melatonin gummies to help my sleep better at night. This is when rude Sales Lady #2 appeared. She asked if I needed any help looking for anything. I told her I was looking for melatonin gummies. She then proceeded to question me, "Why are you eating such things? You can't sleep because of vitamin deficiency?"
After which, she pushed about four to five kinds of multivitamins, amounting to over $100, into my hands. When I returned those to her and asked for melatonin gummies one more time, only then did she finally inform me they were out of stock. Without missing a beat, she pushed a bottle of Vitamin D gummies into my hands and said, "These are gummies too."
Then, rude Lady #1 and rude Lady #2 both approached me, continuing to hard-sell me items I didn't need at the same time.
With that, I'd had enough of the bad service and left the shop without anything I needed, my head full of negativity.
I will not go back to this outlet again.

I had already signed up for a member account online, thinking my card would be $3, but I was made to pay $5 in the store. I tried to reach out via chat, but it was not helpful, and they kept closing the chat. I also was not credited the 20 points after activating my card on the app. I messaged the chat again, but they closed it immediately without bothering to address my queries. I requested alternative forms of contact, but they effectively said I could not speak to anybody. This is disgusting and scammy. I am now awaiting an email from Watsons.

Waited for the cashier (short hair) to pay and rang the bell. The cashier came and processed a refund for another customer but ignored me. She shouted to her colleague, Amy, to attend to the cashier duties. Still, no communication or courtesy was offered to ask me to wait. Waited for another 3 minutes, and a line started to form. She again shouted for her colleague, Amy, to come. Turned back to see that "Amy" was busy sweeping the floor for closing. (It was 9:00 PM, by the way). Left the unpaid items at the cashier and headed to Unity instead, as there were similar items. Seems to me the staff can't wait to close the store for the day instead of serving customers.

The reviews seem to be directed more at the hard-selling promoter and the lack of a pharmacy. But in terms of product range, it's not too bad.
The attached video shows a little of the range of products it has. It’s not as big as the Guardian in some other areas, e.g., Paragon, but should have all the necessities one would typically want to find in a Guardian.
