The aunty with short hair is very rude. Asked her nicely where can I find certain products, was met with a “if you can’t find, then it’s sold out”. She did not even try to assist at all.

The reviews seem to be directed a lot more at the hard selling promoter and lack of pharmacy. But in terms of product range they’re not too bad. Video attached shows a little on the range of products they have. It’s not as big as the guardian in some other areas eg Paragon, but should have all the necessities one would typically want to find in a Guardian.

Waited for the cashier (short hair) for payment and rang the bell. The cashier came and process a refund for another customer but ignored me. Shouted at her colleague, Amy to attend to the cashier duties. Again no communication or courtesy to ask me to wait. Waited for another 3 mins and a line started to form. Again shouted for her colleague Amy to come. Turned back to see that "Amy" was busy sweeping the floor for closing. (It was 9.00pm by the way). Left the unpaid items at the cashier and headed to Unity instead as there are similar items. Seems to me the staff can't wait to close the store for the day instead of serving customers.

Had already signed up for a member account online thinking that would mean my card is $3, but was made to pay $5 in the store. Tried to reach out via chat, but was not helpful, and they kept closing the chat... Also was not credited the 20 points after I activated my card on the app. Again messaged the chat, but they closed it immediately, without bothering to address my queries. Requested for alternative forms of contact, but they effectively said I cannot speak to anybody. This is disgusting and scammy... I am now awaiting for an email from Watsons.

Had a bad experience there today , I ended up leaving the store empty handed even though there was stuff i wanted to buy. I was there today ( 18 august 2022 ) to replenish a certain skincare product i have been using for the past 2 years without an issue. Hard selling sales Lady #1 snatched the skincare product out of my hands , return product to the shelves and without warning pulled me towards another shelf to recommend me afew much more expensive products , which was completely different from what I was looking for. That pull hurt my hand quite abit. Upon inspecting the ingredients of the items she recommended me , I realise there were a few that I am allergic or sensitive to. I politely told the sales lady and declined her offer. she went on to tell me how all their products are anti allergy , which was not true. My allergies and sensitivities are diagnosis from a dermatologist . When I hand her back the products and walked back towards what I was there to get , she basically cursed me and said " when that product give you skin damage , then you come back and find me lor " noting i have been using that product for 2 years WITH NO ISSUES. I didn't have the mood to shop for skincare anymore at this point, so I walked away to look at supplements instead. I was looking melatonin gummies to help help my sleep better at night. This is when rude sales lady #2 appears . She asked if i needed any help looking for anything. I told her I am looking for melatonin gummies. She then proceeded to question me " why are you eating such things ? You can't sleep because of vitamin deficiency " after which she pushed about 4 to 5 kinds of multi vitamines, amounting to over $100 into my hands. When I return those to her and asked for melatonin gummies one more time. only this time did she finally inform me they are out of stock. without missing a beat , she pushed a bottle of vitamins D gummies into my hands and said " these are gummies too " then rude lady #1 and rude lady #2 both approaches me continue hard selling me items I don't need at the same time. with that, I've had enough with the bad service and left the shop without anything i needed and head full of negativity. Will not go back to this outlet again
