The reason why they don't have so many customers: three staff members were laughing at the counter, didn't even bother greeting customers, and focused on chit-chatting with one another instead. What a turn-off.

It is such a pleasant experience to meet Yvonne and Hui Yu at Westgate Fila. I approached the shop at 10 pm, when they had already closed for business for the day. I made a purchase earlier and discovered the shoe size was too small. Instead of telling me they were closed, these 2 beautiful ladies assisted me and helped me get the right size shoes! I am so delighted to meet them for going beyond their working hours to assist me with a helpful smile 😃 They are definitely an asset to the company and made me a happy customer! I will come to support them again!
