yesterday was the first time i stepped into Fila at West Gate. As i walked around, Yvonne came forward to ask me if i needed any assistance. She helped to get the correct size and showed me the available colours for my hoodie. Overall was an enjoyable shopping experience. Thanks for the good customer service at Fila - West Gate.

It is such a pleasant experience to meeting Yvonne and Hui Yu at Westgate Fila....I approached the shop at 10pm, when they had already closed for business for the day. I made a purchase earlier and discovered the shoe size is too small. Instead of telling me they are closed, these 2 beautiful ladies assisted me and helped me to get a right size shoes! I am so delighted to meeting them to go beyond their working hours to assist me with a helpful smile 😃 They are definitely an asset to the company and made me a happy customer! I will come to support them again!
