The counter staff Sherry assisted me to bring forward appointment time early as i have urgent things to do. They are not being so pushy about purchasing packages.

I did return for another session recently, this time with Neela — and I was equally impressed. She recommended a brow shape I had never tried before, and I decided to trust her expertise. I’m so glad I did because the outcome was amazing! She also checked in to make sure the pain wasn’t too much and kept reassuring me throughout. Her touch was so gentle and her skills so precise that I actually dozed off at one point (or maybe I was just too tired after work!). Either way, Neela truly worked her magic. Browhaus continues to impress with their skilled therapists and thoughtful service.
