Becky is a very patient and attentive therapist. She will explain and provide clear guidance before starting the treatment. Her skill is excellent, and I will continue to support her. Sherry is a friendly receptionist and talks in a soft, sweet, and gentle voice. Both of them are very lovely and sweet.

I went for my first brow session at Browhaus Westgate in April. Miya did a wonderful job tidying up my brows: she was very detailed and meticulous, and took her time to make sure everything looked neat and natural. I also appreciated that she wasn’t pushy about upselling other services, but instead suggested them in a casual, friendly way, which made the experience feel very relaxed.
I returned for another session recently, this time with Neela, and I was equally impressed. She recommended a brow shape I had never tried before, and I decided to trust her expertise. I’m so glad I did because the outcome was amazing! She also checked in to ensure the pain wasn't too much and kept reassuring me throughout. Her touch was so gentle and her skills so precise that I actually dozed off at one point (or maybe I was just too tired after work!). Either way, Neela truly worked her magic. Browhaus continues to impress with its skilled therapists and thoughtful service.
