Visited this store a few days ago and was treated unfriendlily by the staff. She did not know how to handle customers, was unhappy when I requested to smell the product, spoke quickly, and was not patient. The experience was totally different from the other store, where we were treated respectfully as customers, had our time to choose, received feedback from the staff, and selected products that we liked.

The staff's service is poor, and their attitude is bad, especially towards first-time customers. They don't offer to let customers try products, don't provide helpful service, and their explanations are abrupt and rushed. When making payment, they asked if I had a profile with them. When I said no, there was no offer to create one, nor any follow-up. Either improve the service, or I'd encourage customers to take their business to other shops or even other brands.

I am a returning customer of Aesop. On my last visit, I wanted to try a new fragrance. I previously had both Tacit and Hwyl in my collection.
This time, I was assisted by Yu Xuan, who impressed me with his professionalism and knowledge about the different fragrances they offer.
He actively listened to what I wanted for my next fragrance. He then recommended and explained the profiles of some products. Because of his help, I was able to make an informed choice. I settled on purchasing Rozu this time.
Overall, the service at this outlet has been excellent, even during my previous visits. I will definitely visit again.

I had bad acne skin a few years ago and tried different brands like Origins, Kiehl’s, and Fresh for my acne, but none worked. It wasn't until I visited this outlet and the staff recommended I use only their toner and B Triple C balancing gel that my acne issues were resolved. My skin tone is now brighter, with no acne.
