Visited this store few days ago, being treated unfriendly by the staff. She does not know how to handle customer, unhappy when request to smell the product, speak fast and not patient. The experience is totally different to the other store where we were being treated respectfully as customer, have our time to choose, receive feedback from the staff, select product that we like.

As a returning customer at Aesop, I continue to be impressed by the excellent service. Kate is fantastic—she is gentle and patient, allowing me to try on testers and explaining every ingredient and the inspiration behind each perfume. Her detailed knowledge adds a special touch to the shopping experience.
Kate also provides helpful suggestions that fit my budget, ensuring I find the perfect product without overspending. Her kindness and expertise make every visit enjoyable. Highly recommend Aesop, especially with Kate’s outstanding service!

I got bad acne skin few years ago and tried different brand like Origins, Kiehl’s and Fresh for my acne skin and all didn’t work. Until I visited this outlet and the staff recommended me to use toner and B Triple C balancing gel only, my acne skin issue was resolved and my skin tone is getting brighter without any acne now. Highly recommended this store 👍🏻👍🏻

I am a returning customer of Aesop. In my last visit I wanted to try a new fragrance; I previously had both Tacit and Hwyl in my collection.
This time I was assisted by Yu Xuan who impressed me by his professionalism and knowledge about the different scent fragrances they offer.
He actively listened to what I wanted for my next fragrance. He then proceeded to recommend and explain to me profiles of some products. Because of his help I was able to make an informed choice. I settled to purchase Rozu this time.
Overall the service at this outlet has been excellent even during my previous visits. Will definitely come visit again.

Staff service is poor and attitude is bad, especially towards first time customers. Staff don't offer to let the customer try the product, don't provide service, explanations are abrupt and rushed. When making payment, they asked if I had a profile with them, and when I said no, there was no offer to create one, nor follow up. Either improve the service or otherwise I'd encourage take your business to other shops or even other brands.
