Had a fantastic experience, thanks to the remarkable service from Joe and Hafiz! Joe was incredibly attentive, constantly checking on me even before my friends arrived, ensuring everything was perfect. Hafiz impressed me with his excellent wine knowledge and spot-on recommendations when my usual bottle ran out. Their professionalism and hospitality made the evening even more enjoyable. Visited on a Saturday at 9 PM with coworkers to wine down. Seated outdoors by the corner, it was quieter but a little hard to catch service staff. Overall, we found their food fare well-executed, especially the tenderloin and French Onion Soup. We also enjoyed the bottle of Rosé wine; it was smooth, easy to drink, and complemented our late dinner fare (and at only $29++!). Overall, it's a great chill-out place with an inexpensive bottle of wine and great food (though a tad expensive) in the west, conveniently located just beside Jurong MRT, on the ground floor of Westgate. We will revisit if the opportunity calls in the future.

The ambience was decent, and the service crew was pretty good. My friend and I each ordered a pot of peppermint tea. However, they ran out of teapots, so they requested us to share one pot first. They offered to refill it with a new tea bag when we needed it, which I found reasonable. Even though they requested us to move seats towards the end of our meal (since we were occupying a four-person table), they kindly explained why they had to do so, which I found quite nice of them.
Food-wise, we ordered the aglio olio with scallops and prawns, which tasted quite good. However, the portion was just too small. I could finish the spaghetti in three to four mouthfuls. While we ordered a bowl of soup as well, it was just not enough for us; hence, we had to order a pizza, which only filled us up perhaps 70%.
Overall, I think the dining experience was quite good, but we would need to order more in order to be full, since the portions are quite small.

We had a wonderful dining experience today at Wine Connection. The food and wine were exceptional, and the atmosphere was perfect. A special mention goes to Maricar, who was incredibly warm and attentive. Her kindness and excellent service made our meal even more enjoyable. Thank you for a fantastic evening—we will definitely be back!
