I visited Unity Westgate recently and had a disappointing experience. After paying $0.05 for a plastic bag, I found that the bag was very thin and tore. I requested an extra bag to double-pack my items, but the cashier (an older lady) told me I had to pay another $0.05. When I asked to return the torn bag in exchange for a new one, she finally agreed — but her attitude was unfriendly throughout. This isn't the first time I've encountered poor service at this branch. Many of the older cashiers here tend to be curt and unapproachable, unlike the friendly and helpful staff I've met at other Unity outlets. I hope Unity will look into improving the service quality at this location, especially in handling basic customer requests politely and reasonably.
