I visited Unity Westgate recently and had a disappointing experience. After paying $0.05 for a plastic bag, I found that the bag was very thin and tore. I requested an extra bag to double-pack my items, but the cashier (an older lady) told me I had to pay another $0.05. When I asked to return the torn bag in exchange for a new one, she finally agreed — but her attitude was unfriendly throughout.
This isn't the first time I've encountered poor service at this branch. Many of the older cashiers here tend to be curt and unapproachable, unlike the friendly and helpful staff I've met at other Unity outlets.
I hope Unity will look into improving the service quality at this location, especially in handling basic customer requests politely and reasonably.

I was at store today. Purchased a blood pressure machine. At the cashier, another customer behind me approached me to help add on her item on my card so that customer can pass her cash to counter. I was just being helpful by saying sure. However the attitude of the cashier Karen Yeo really shocked me, the full recipes with bonus she hide it (waiting for me to leave so she can pass all of it to the other customer) I continued to stand there & she had no choice but to pass me. She also told the other customer, it’s ok I will pass you more later. I’m not sure if this is some kind of internal scam going on or staff is just racist. I really hope the management will look at the cctv & review this case. I would want a formal explanation on this experience I have faced today.

( Young ) was not only doing his profession as a pharmacist at IMM branch he went an additional move to source for the a cream with recent batch recalled by HSA but he manage to get a older batch from searching on the back end inventory.He gave a called to Taman Jurong

Shawn working at Westgate unity pharmacy is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, spend almost an hours explaining medication for my high blood and gout, he show passion and professionalism in his job. Thank you so much for the great advice you given me yesterday. Shawn. Keep it up.
