Disappointing Experience at Tree Art School, Westgate I brought my daughter for a trial art class, expecting a smooth and informative experience. Unfortunately, it fell short. Despite indicating our preference for English instruction, the teacher taught in Chinese, which was a letdown. The trial lesson itself was also not suitable for my daughter, who has an art foundation - it was too easy. When we asked about trying a higher-level class, we were told it wasn't possible. Okay, no big deal. However, the real issue was the disorganisation and poor service. We were told to return 15 minutes before the class ended, but no one attended to us. After the class, we had to ask multiple times for clarification on what to do next, and even then, the staff's conversation with us was constantly interrupted by other parents. As a parent willing to invest in my child's art education, I expect better. The unpleasant experience and subpar service at Tree Art School, Westgate, have led me to look elsewhere. Not recommended.
