Always my comfort coffee. But today was wow! The laksa gravy's thickness was just nice, not overpowering. The ham and cheese was great today because the bread was buttered and toasted. Soft-boiled eggs were cooked just nice, falling out fully from their shells. I really enjoyed my dinner today.

2024-09: Simple local food at a convenient location near the MRT and mall, with a view of the upcoming ITH site.
Often busy at peak times.
Food seems mostly prepared in advance, fast-food style, so not the place to go if you have higher expectations.
Rotating specials are advertised on sign boards outside.
Went to check on my curry; they had forgotten or missed it. Not the first time. It wasn't a busy time either.

It's no longer the proud SG kaya toast shop it used to be. Prices have increased by 40% compared to 2-3 years ago, and the portion (size of bread) has shrunk... Tables have become smaller, and the store is super packed. Will not be our choice of breakfast anymore... too disappointed to see Toastbox become like this.
