Great place with lots of products. I was really wanting to get a Fressko water bottle as they had some 3D printing for your name on it. I was hunting around for the case and I asked the staff manning the printer. She gave me half ass replies and didn't seem too pleased that I was looking to buy it. Really annoyed me and I decided it wasn't worth for me to push her to let me buy! Bad service!

Upon my first time entering this store, I was promptly introduced to staff Bryan who gave me an excellent maiden walkthrough. What impressed me was not only his patience & dedicated approach, but the variety of uncommon yet unique products that I never knew existed. Definitely my go-to place to look for future items for my travel needs 🌈🙏🏻🚌

Had my first purchase here back in December 2024, it was an insulated bottle in the colour Periwinkle. The staff provided such great service that deserves a compliment. Unfortunately, I did not manage to catch his name, but he's a tall Malay man in dark blue long sleeve formal shirt and pants. I chose this particular bottle that I wanted, and he told me that there was no more new stock for that specific colour and size, only the display set was available. He told us to head upstairs to The Wallet Shop and request for this one as the stock is available there. Fast forward a few minutes, he told us to wait in the shop, and he made his way up to the shop to retrieve the bottle personally. We proceeded with payment at the same store, he saved us the time and effort to head upstairs for the bottle. Would like to thank this gentleman for his exceptional customer service which is not commonly seen these days. Good job! Keep it up, you're a real life example that there is still hope to the customer service industry :)
