Great place with lots of products. I really wanted to get a Fressko water bottle, as they offered 3D printing for names on them. I was hunting around for the case and I asked the staff manning the printer.
She gave me half-hearted replies and didn't seem too pleased that I was looking to buy it. This really annoyed me, and I decided it wasn't worth it for me to push her to let me buy one.

"Had my first purchase here back in December 2023. It was an insulated bottle in the colour Periwinkle. The staff provided such great service, which deserves a compliment. Unfortunately, I didn't manage to catch his name, but he's a tall Malay man in a dark blue long-sleeve formal shirt and pants. I chose the particular bottle I wanted, and he told me that there was no new stock for that specific colour and size; only the display set was available. He told us to head upstairs to The Wallet Shop and request this one, as the stock was available there. Fast forward a few minutes, he told us to wait in the shop, and he made his way upstairs to retrieve the bottle personally. We proceeded with payment at the same store. He saved us the time and effort of heading upstairs for the bottle. I would like to thank this gentleman for his exceptional customer service, which is not commonly seen these days. Good job! Keep it up; you're a real-life example that there is still hope for the customer service industry :)"
