As someone new to taking care of my skin, I asked for advice, and Chloe proved how knowledgeable she is as she patiently described each product, the importance of each step, and other tips like how to wash your face properly, how to deal with blackheads, etc.
I got one product, and she kindly helped me get the best deal possible, including a new member welcome pack, a bring-your-own-bag promo, etc., which included many samples for all the steps she taught.
Overall, I'm really satisfied with my experience.
