I received such superb customer service from Chloe Ng! As someone new to taking care of my skin, I asked for advice, and Chloe proved how knowledgeable she is as she patiently describes each product and the importance of each step, and other tips of how to wash face the proper way, how to deal with black heads, etc.
I got one product and she kindly helped to get me the best deal possible, including new member welcome pack, bring your own bag promo, etc, which includes many samples for all the steps she taught.
Overall I'm really satisfied with my experience.
