Utterly disappointed with the type of service that was given. Understand that being in the service line times might be tough interacting with customers etc. But please be reminded that you are working as a service provider so you are technically paid to service customers with basic manners and professionalism which were obviously lacking. The poor attitude given by the staff is not acceptable, showing disinterested, anger and half-assed answers when asking about the phone plan. Is this the standard of service that Starhub in general is promoting?

I experienced poor customer service today. I went in to check on a request related to my mobile plan and was considering upgrading my plan and phone. However, I quickly decided against it—the moment the customer service representative started speaking, I didn’t feel welcome. They didn’t offer any alternative solutions, and overall, the customer service experience was extremely disappointing. If possible, I would rate it 0 or even -1.

Really horrible service by the staff there. I was cut off a few times while i was explaining what was wrong. Didn’t even let me finish. It was a huge difference then when i went to the outlet at jurong point. Don’t bother coming down to the westgate outlet.

My number was called and I met the sales guy. I asked for a seat and he gestured to seat beside him. Apparently he is sitting at where the customer is supposed to. I had to squeeze between the table and a partition panel.
His service attitude is bad. His responses to my questions in an unfriendly and bad manner.
He did not offer any solutions. Comparatively, when I was in NEX, the lady whom attended to me gave me solutions and a sales plan that made my day.
Starhub needs to review your sales people's performance.
I am in forward sales role myself and im disgusted by the manner I am treated.
Starhub can approach me for further enquiries should Starhub wishes to investigate further. Otherwise I will write off your services in the very near future.
