My number was called, and I met the sales guy. I asked for a seat, and he gestured to a seat beside him. Apparently, he was sitting in the customer's designated seat. I had to squeeze between the table and a partition panel.
His service attitude was bad. He responded to my questions in an unfriendly and rude manner.
He did not offer any solutions. In comparison, when I was in NEX, the lady who attended to me gave me solutions and a sales plan that made my day.
Starhub needs to review your sales people's performance.
I am in a forward sales role myself, and I'm disgusted by the manner in which I was treated.
Starhub can approach me for further enquiries should Starhub wish to investigate further. Otherwise, I will write off your services in the very near future.

Utterly disappointed with the service provided. I understand that working in customer service can be tough, especially when interacting with customers. However, as a service provider, you are paid to serve customers with basic manners and professionalism, which were obviously lacking. The poor attitude displayed by the staff was unacceptable, showing disinterest, anger, and half-assed answers when I asked about the phone plan. Is this the standard of service that Starhub is generally promoting?

Really horrible service by the staff there. I was cut off a few times while I was explaining what was wrong. Didn’t even let me finish. It was a huge difference than when I went to the outlet at Jurong Point. Don’t bother coming down to the Westgate outlet.

I experienced poor customer service today. I went in to inquire about a request related to my mobile plan and was considering upgrading my plan and phone. However, I quickly decided against it—the moment the customer service representative started speaking, I didn’t feel welcome. They didn’t offer any alternative solutions, and overall, the customer service experience was extremely disappointing. If possible, I would rate it 0 or even -1.
