I have been with Kelly for almost a year at SL (WG) Outlet. She is really friendly and nice. The environment here is very clean and the staff were nice & polite. There is free tea/water with nice biscuit. I would definitely recommend Kelly as she is a very meticulous person. She took the time to explain the facial treatment process, what are the side effects and other stuff that needs to take note! When there is good promotion/discount going on, she will try to let you know early so you won't missed out as sometimes those deals are really worth it and only can redeem once per person. I will definitely be back again!

The treatments have really helped with my recent acne issues—my skin feels more hydrated after each session, and the breakouts have reduced noticeably. My therapist, Agnes, is very knowledgeable and attentive. She understands my skin condition well and always recommends suitable treatments, especially when my skin is more problematic or dehydrated. She also shares helpful tips on how to keep my skin healthy. Overall, I’m very happy with the care and results I’ve received here! If possible, I just wish the price could be a little more affordable.
