We received the first trial facial at $39.90 for my mum and me from sales associate Aishu. It was so worth it as we both enjoyed the facial session throughout, and there was no hardselling. Thank you Skinlab🙂

The staff here are very friendly and patient in explaining the entire process. Cherlla has been very helpful and attentive throughout the facial, and I felt very calm during my session. I had a comfortable time here.

I’ve been visiting SkinLab at Westgate, and it has been a great experience so far. The treatments have really helped with my recent acne issues—my skin feels more hydrated after each session, and the breakouts have reduced noticeably. My therapist, Agnes, is very knowledgeable and attentive. She understands my skin condition well and always recommends suitable treatments, especially when my skin is more problematic or dehydrated. She also shares helpful tips on how to keep my skin healthy. Overall, I’m very happy with the care and results I’ve received here! However, I do wish the price could be a little more affordable.

I have been with Kelly for almost a year at SL (WG) Outlet. She is really friendly and nice. The environment here is very clean, and the staff were nice and polite. There is free tea/water with nice biscuits. I would definitely recommend Kelly as she is a very meticulous person. She took the time to explain the facial treatment process, what the side effects are, and other things to note. When there is a good promotion or discount going on, she will try to let you know early so you won't miss out, as sometimes those deals are really worth it and can only be redeemed once per person. I will definitely be back again!
