* There was no proper introduction from the staff, so I wasn’t clear on who I was speaking to or their roles.
* Multiple people kept joining the conversation mid-way, turning it into a high-pressure sales pitch rather than a personalized consultation.
* No effort was made to understand my needs, concerns, or priorities. It felt like the focus was solely on selling a package.
* Even after I politely declined several times, the team continued to push their sales agenda, which came across as overly aggressive and disrespectful of my decision.
This kind of experience not only undermines trust but also detracts from what should be a relaxing and customer-centric service. I hope this feedback can help improve the approach for future clients.
