Since my first visit on 27 Oct 2022, I have very good experience with the beautician and consultants of Shakura. My face was damaged by other beauty salon. Shakura has help recovered it within a few months, I have regained my confidence.
Special thanks to Yuki Yong, my current beautician who take special care of my slim and help keep up my current skin condition. Thanks a lot Yuki.

I had a very disappointing experience during the follow-up/post-facial session. The overall customer experience was poor, and I felt uncomfortable and unheard throughout the process. Here are some key issues that stood out:
• There was no proper introduction from the staff, so I wasn’t clear on who I was speaking to or their roles.
• Multiple people kept joining the conversation mid-way, turning it into a high-pressure sales pitch rather than a personalized consultation.
• No effort was made to understand my needs, concerns, or priorities. It felt like the focus was solely on selling a package.
• Even after I politely declined several times, the team continued to push their sales agenda, which came across as overly aggressive and disrespectful of my decision.
This kind of experience not only undermines trust but also detracts from what should be a relaxing and customer-centric service. I hope this feedback can help improve the approach for future clients.

Had been their customer for many years. Their treatment had really lightened my pigmentation a lot and make my face more radiant. The beauticians & receptionists are mostly friendly and approachable. I would like to praise my recent beautician, Yuki. Love her laughter and her bubbly character. She is very knowledgeable and use her expertise to help me to plan and cater to my needs.
