Nice place, yummy burgers and fries. Just a bit pricey as there are no set meal deals. Having said that, I will go back for the food. 😋

The burger is excellent, and the food is fantastic overall. The bun is noticeably fresh, rich with a buttery flavor, and so good that it leaves you craving more. We also tried the pandan shake, which was amazing. It has a texture like melted ice cream but is much creamier. The ambiance is wonderful, with a modern, chic design that makes it an inviting space for everyone to enjoy. The service is also exceptional.

Not sure if it was just Sunday morning (it was only about a quarter full of customers), but the burgers are a far cry from what they were famous for and what wowed me at Shake Shack in the early days. It looked to me like cost-cutting measures had been taken. Fries served were cold and no longer crispy. I had to take them back to get a replacement. Very disappointed.

Shake Shack never disappoints — hands down, the best burger I’ve ever had. Their beef patties are incredibly juicy and flavorful, cooked to perfection every time. And the fries? Absolutely amazing — crispy on the outside, fluffy inside, and always served hot. I keep coming back for more!

The store is clean and well-lit. Very welcoming. The lack of human presence at ordering dims it a little, but we are in the age of technology after all. Anyway, I tried their limited-time special - the French Bistro. Loved it, especially with the Bearnaise sauce. The Singapore Special shake is good too. Expect to spend between $10-$20 per head for a burger and drinks - more if you get a double.
