I recently dropped by POP MART at Westgate, and it’s a pretty cool spot if you’re into collectible toys and blind boxes. The place is well-organized, with shelves full of popular series and limited-edition figures. It’s easy to get hooked by the blind box system—there’s a thrill in not knowing what you’ll get until you open it.
The store has a good variety of characters, and it keeps its collection updated with the latest releases. The layout is neat and spacious, making it easy to browse without feeling cramped. The staff were friendly and approachable, ready to help if you’re looking for something specific.
It’s definitely worth a visit if you’re at Westgate, whether you’re a serious collector or just curious. The prices are fair for the quality, and it’s hard to leave without picking up at least one box. Solid experience overall.

Got my lucky pull of Ahri and Seraphine KDA yesterday. Quite satisfied with the pull. The Chinese lady handling the cashier around 6 PM was very patient and fast with her response despite the huge crowd and long queue in the store.

Retail staff were rude, especially the younger females. Maybe they think that Popmart is “big” now and they can be rude and show attitude to customers. Did they forget that a retail associate’s JOB is to assist customers with purchases, provide product information, and ensure a positive shopping experience? Unfortunately, not for this outlet.
Shoutout to the Ion and Funan outlets for their excellent service. Maybe HQ can arrange cross-outlet customer service training for the Westgate staff?
Edited after posting: To my horror, I just checked out the number of reviews about rude staff here.

The nice lady cashier was patient and explained the Mega Skull Panda special well. She explained to me the difference in height with regard to the name. She told me about the casing specifications and details unprompted, when I turned back to ask my last question.
Merchandise was well displayed. There was quite a lot of merchandise, but perhaps I had already gotten what I wanted, so I left with nothing.
Hopefully, I'll be back to buy something special.

I’ve always enjoyed visiting Pop Mart and have had great experiences at other outlets: staff are usually friendly and respectful. However, my experience at the Westgate outlet was disappointing. The staff spoke in a rude and condescending tone, which made me feel very unwelcome.
I strongly feel the team at this outlet needs to go through proper service training again. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so future customers don’t go through the same treatment.
If Google allowed zero stars, I would gladly leave one. This outlet doesn’t even deserve one star to be honest.
