She patiently flipped through the catalogue, went through it with me, and brought out all the pieces I requested to see. She was a very polite and patient lady. The staff, and especially the manager, were so unfriendly and rude. Their behavior seriously brought down Pandora's image and made the brand seem cheap. I will not be purchasing from this brand, especially from this outlet, anymore, as this has happened too many times at various outlets.
We just wanted to exchange a charm but were met with rude remarks. It seemed they did not want to assist us, perhaps because we looked younger.
I can't understand why the staff are always so condescending to their customers, acting as if they are above us. Please train ALL your staff to be polite and service-oriented. Otherwise, don't hire so many unqualified people.
