I think this is the worst outlet for its customer service. There were only two staffs, one making spec and the other was with another customer for a long time. I walked in, wanting to make 2 pair of specs. It was supposed to be a quick decision, pick, try and order. No one available on shop floor to take my order. The other outlets (Waterway and nex) I went, even if staffs were busy with their customer, they would still acknowledge the incoming customers, be it buying or not, they would definitely approach and inform either of the customer, to allow them some time to comeback. In customer facing context, it is basic to acknowledge any customer that is entering your store. Moreover, for a serious buyer, browsing for more than 5 mins.

Fantastic service at this outlet. The staff very patiently accommodated me trying every frame while on video call with my gf, even recommended some lens to suit my face. Needless to say the testing service to collection felt very comfortable. If you are looking to make a new pair of specs, do give them a try!

I walked in, intending to order two pairs of specs. It was supposed to be a quick decision – a simple process of picking, trying, and ordering. At the other outlets I visited (Waterway and Nex), even if staff were busy with customers, they would still acknowledge incoming customers, whether they were buying or not. They would definitely approach and inform them, letting them know they would be attended to as soon as possible. In a customer-facing context, it is basic to acknowledge any customer entering your store. Moreover, this is particularly important for a serious buyer who has been browsing for more than five minutes.
