I think this is the worst outlet for its customer service. There were only two staffs, one making spec and the other was with another customer for a long time. I walked in, wanting to make 2 pair of specs. It was supposed to be a quick decision, pick, try and order. No one available on shop floor to take my order.
The other outlets (Waterway and nex) I went, even if staffs were busy with their customer, they would still acknowledge the incoming customers, be it buying or not, they would definitely approach and inform either of the customer, to allow them some time to comeback.
In customer facing context, it is basic to acknowledge any customer that is entering your store. Moreover, for a serious buyer, browsing for more than 5 mins.
