This is the worst outlet in terms of customer service. There were only two staff: one making specs, and the other was with another customer for a long time. I walked in, wanting to purchase 2 pairs of specs. It was supposed to be a quick process: pick, try, and order. No one was available on the shop floor to take my order. At the other outlets I've visited (Waterway and Nex), even if staff were busy with their customers, they would still acknowledge incoming customers. Whether buying or not, they would definitely approach and inform them that they would be attended to shortly. In a customer-facing context, it is basic to acknowledge any customer entering your store, especially a serious buyer who has been browsing for more than 5 minutes.
