Booked the appointment for the scaling and polishing on the day of the call.
First of all, saw the assistant nurse was picking her booger when approaching the counter.
Second of all, because my dental cost is covered by my company insurance, the Dr. Tho Loo Yee said I need to do a few fillings besides teeth scaling and polishing after taking an oral x-ray. She said all of the costs would be covered by my company insurance, hence, I need not to be worry. Ended up with a bill of 500 plus, and 5 fillings were performed. I suspect that I was over treated because of my insurance coverage. No dentist mentioned I need to do any fillings one month ago when I performed my root canal treatment and the crown placement, I meant if there are existing cavities needed to be filled, I don't think other dentists can't tell. So it's odd.

My dad wanted to had his 2 molar implant with this clinic. Upfront first visited. The cost mentioned and the 2nd visits cost mentioned totally different by few thousand !
Super frustrating experience! So unreasonable. When my dad wanted the X-ray result for the 3D in a disc. End up the disc that given to my dad wasn't his X-ray result. The lady at the counter was not ever patient with my dad.
Total my dad pay over $600 ++ for the 2D and 3D for nothing as the X-ray result was not his.
Very unprofessional and disappointing service. I wouldn’t recommend this clinic to anyone looking for honest and clear pricing.

I moved from another dental to here after my husband's strong recommendation. Had my chipped teeth replaced by Dr. Shauna, who keeps calming a fearful me. Thereafter had my gum treatment done by her too. Feeling assured and more confident to move on, both my husband and I had done our implant by Dr. Ben. Once again, we both are very pleased with the doctor's professional and gentle handling of our cases.
One strong plus factor, the nurses are cheerful and ready to answer your questions. And I am happy that there are no hard 'marketing' strategies on their end, just needed advice and input provided when necessary for progression. Thumbs up! Finally I always like their final friendly reminders of our appointments.
