I heard this was one of the best chocolates, and I wanted to try it out. It costs $19.90 per 100g. There are many varieties, but I bought FrischSchoggi.

Kudos to the amazing customer service from this tall, bespectacled lady with a bob haircut. She is so warm and patient, and is able to share the flavour profiles of the chocolates so well. I got their limited edition apple and nut milk chocolate, and it was so good. 😍 I bought the 50g piece, which cost me about $13+.

Had the Brazil dark chocolate. It's a little sour at first taste. The end taste is bitter, with a little sweetness. An interesting taste note. It had Christmas packaging with a cute ribbon. The outlet displayed all the boxes neatly and featured interesting Christmas tree decorations. It would be good if they had samples to try, to help decide the most suitable flavours.

One of the better Swiss chocolates, it's probably more known for its chocolate variations displayed and sold as large slabs, rather than the usual pre-packaged boxes or plastic bags. Their chocolate is nice and not too sweet, but it's pricey. You can buy pieces by weight. Nice displays. I prefer Sprungli, but it's not available in Singapore.

The service staff was checking her mobile phone while I was in the queue, waiting at the counter to place an order. The skinny, fair-haired service staff was rude in her tone when I asked to weigh separate packs of 100g and 500g of Dubai chocolate. Her tone was rude, and she asked, “You want to pay together, right?” She also gave a rude look and tone, which totally threw me off. I will never visit this shop again. At Westgate, the Taka service staff was so much better.
