Bad, cheapo product. I bought a tablet from a roadshow. It spoiled after a week. I brought it to their retail shop for repair. It took five months, and after all that time, it still had no sound or picture.
I returned to the retail shop. They mentioned it would be ready for collection in a week. I went to the shop to collect and waited for 30 minutes, only to hear all sorts of excuses from the sales staff, who told me the repair center had brought in the wrong unit.
A waste of time and money! Definitely a scam shop.
I will be waiting for their "promised call" before I make another comment.
The Google listing for their NEX unit shows 'permanently closed.' Red flag!

I had a very unpleasant encounter with staff today: bad attitude and dishonest. This was my first time buying electronic devices from a pop-up store. It is advisable to go to reputable stores to buy any electronic devices in the future.

Rude staff at Westgate outlet and terrible product. We bought 2 fans for $60. The staff was initially still a bit friendly, but once we mentioned we wanted to buy, she opened the product to check. My mom mentioned the fan speed was a bit slower than the one on display. Then her attitude changed, and she started talking a bit more rudely, but my mom was embarrassed to reject it because she had already opened the product.
Also, the staff said the fan on speed 100 could last 3 hours, but we tested it on 100, and it dropped 18% within 10 minutes. They even told us that the fan could fully charge in 30 minutes, but my mom charged it for over 2 hours, and it only increased by around 40%. We regret buying here; we should have just bought on Shopee.
Update: It has only been less than 3 months, and my fan has spoilt. :/ I think it probably spoilt last month or so, but I forgot to update here. My mom's one is still functional.

On May 16, 2025, between 4:30 PM and 5:00 PM, I was attended by one middle-aged, obese woman. I had gone there to download the app, as promised by the salesperson when I purchased the laptop. I was told I could re-download the app if it wasn't working. But I had a very bad experience with her; she was so impatient and rude, and she gave a lot of excuses. I was very disappointed with JF Elite. I won't be buying any products or recommending friends to this shop. Worst service ever encountered.
