On 16 May 2025,between 4.30pm to 5pm,I was attended by one middle age obesity women.,I went there for downloading the app as promised by sell person when i purchase the laptop, I can re-downloaded the app provided if not working. But i have a very bad experience with her, she was so impatience and rude,she give a lot of excuses. I was very disappointed with JF Elite,I won't be buying any products or to recommend friends to this shop, worst service ever encountered.

Rude staff at westgate outlet and terrible product. Bought 2 fan for $60 the staff initially still abit friendly but once we mention wanna buy then she open the product to check and my mom mention the fan speed abit slower than the one on display then her pattern come out liao, start talking abit more rude but my mom paiseh to reject cos she open the product already. Also, the staff say the fan on speed 100 can last 3 hours, but we test on 100, dropped 18% within 10mins... even told us that the fan can charge finish in 30mins but my mom charged for 2 hours+ only increase around 40%. Regret buying here, should have just bought on shopee.
Update: It has only been less than 3 months and my fan has spoilt :/ I think it probably spoilt last month or something but I forgot to update here. My mom's one is still functional.

I have a very unpleasant encounter with staff today. Bad attitude and Dishonest.. my first time buying electronic devices from a pop up store. It is advisable to go to the reputable stores to buy any electronic devices in future.

Bad cheapo product, I bought a tablet from a it roadshow. It spoilt after 1 week. I brought it to their retail shop for repair. It took 5months and no sound no picture.
I returned back to the retail shop. They mention it will be ready for collection in a week time. I went to the shop to collect. And waited for 30mins to hear from the sales staff all sort of excuses and tell me the repair center brought in the wrong unit.
Waste time and money. Definitely a scam shop.
I will be waiting for their "promised call" before I make another comment.
And the Google review at the NEX unit is mentioned permanently closed. Red flag

I was told I could re-download the app if it wasn't working. But I had a very bad experience with her; she was so impatient and rude, and she gave a lot of excuses.
