To the management, your staff members are so rude and uneducated, specifically one named David and one named Siew Qi. Do you not have a manager or a supervisor in charge to oversee your staff? What's with the rudeness they displayed while serving me? This isn't the first time I've experienced them looking down on people. This pulls down the whole Calvin Klein brand. The Calvin Klein brand is known for its reputation, not for this rudeness, uneducated behavior, and disgraceful attitude from your staff. This is clearly an issue; please do something about it.

I came to Calvin Klein WestGate a few times with different people serving me. I would say I’m not the most pleased with one guy and one girl, both Malaysians: one named SiewQi and the other David. Both like to push people to buy, even when the customer dislikes it or doesn’t even look good in it. Honestly, this kind of service is the worst for a brand like Calvin Klein. Don’t ever push people to buy when they dislike or don’t want it. Their attitude towards us was also very bad; it felt like they were trying to scam money, to be honest.
Out of all my visits there, there was only one pleasant incident where I enjoyed myself and actually liked the service. It was one red-haired girl and one brown-haired girl; I think one's name was Angelynn (as seen on the receipt), and there was also a part-timer. They were pretty honest with the clothes and with everything. I asked them for opinions on the size, and they were very straightforward and gave their honest opinions. Both seemed cheerful and nice, even though it was already 8 PM, and I don't know if they were busy or not. But they helped me despite being busy, taking out new pieces, and going the extra mile to explain everything to me and help me understand. This was unlike the service from the other staff. Please be more like them and please raise your standards, Calvin Klein. Hire more of this kind of honest and helpful staff.

Pleasantly surprised by the good service of the staff. Contrary to all the negative reviews, I didn't experience any of that. She explained the difference between the materials to me and brought out stock that was not on display. Really exemplary service!

The salesgirl was clueless about the products and could not understand or communicate with customers. She didn't know how the sizing runs. When I asked if there was a promotion for a particular item, she replied with the sizing of the item instead. She was clearly inattentive, and her mind was someplace else. It was an unpleasant shopping experience, and I would rather not purchase from such an undeserving staff member.
