The lady who is the in charge currently is rude and unhelpful! The previous in charge (young Malaysian lady with specs and the Filipino lady) were good, helpful and friendly unlike this latest one!

To the management, your staff is so rude and uneducated, one called david one called siew qi. Do you guys not have a manager or an in charge to take care of the staffs? Whats with the rudeness of them serving me? Not the first time, looking down on people. This pulls down the whole calvin klein brand. Calvin klein brand is known to be branded not with these rudeness, uneducated and disgracious attitude of these staffs. Clearly is an issue please do something about it.

Salesgirl was clueless about the products and cannot understand/communicate with customer. Didn't know how the sizing runs, I asked if there was promotional for a particular item, she replied with the sizing of the item. Clearly inattentive and mind is someplace else. Unpleasant shopping experience I rather not purchase from such an undeserving staff.

pleasantly surprised by the good service of the staff contrary to all the negative reviews, seems like I didn’t encounter them she explained the difference of the materials to me and brought out stock that was not on display, really exemplary service!

Came to Calvin Klein WestGate a few times with different people serving me, i would say i’m not the most pleased with the one guy and one girl both malaysians. One named SiewQi and one named David. Both like to push people to buy when one dislikes or don’t even look good in it. Honestly this kind of service is the worst in this branded industry of Calvin Klein. Don’t ever push people to buy when they dislike or don’t want it. Their attitude is also so bad treated to us. Basically scamming money to be honest. Out of all my visits to there, there was only one pleasant incident where i enjoyed and actually like. It was one of the red haired girl and one brown hair girl i think name was Angelynn on the receipt and one part-time. They were pretty honest with the clothes and everything and i asked them for opinions on the size which they were really straight forward and give their honest opinions. Both seemed cheerful, nice even though it was 8pm already and i dont know they were busy or what but they helped me despite being busy, taking new pieces and went extra mile to explain everything to me help me understand. While those others wouldn’t. Please be more like them and please up your standard calvin klein, get more of these kind of honest and helpful staff.

What's with the rudeness they displayed while serving me? This isn't the first time I've experienced them looking down on people. This pulls down the whole Calvin Klein brand. The Calvin Klein brand is known for its reputation, not for this rudeness, uneducated behavior, and disgraceful attitude from your staff. This is clearly an issue; please do something about it.

I came to Calvin Klein WestGate a few times with different people serving me. I would say I’m not the most pleased with one guy and one girl, both Malaysians: one named SiewQi and the other David. Both like to push people to buy, even when the customer dislikes it or doesn’t even look good in it. Honestly, this kind of service is the worst for a brand like Calvin Klein. Don’t ever push people to buy when they dislike or don’t want it. Their attitude towards us was also very bad; it felt like they were trying to scam money, to be honest. Out of all my visits there, there was only one pleasant incident where I enjoyed myself and actually liked the service.
