I bought a dress at this store. Before paying, I asked the staff to get me a new one. The staff went to the storage room and brought out a dress in a plastic bag. I thought it was new and didn’t check it before paying. However, when I got home, I realized that the dress wasn’t new at all—it was the one I had tried. If there wasn’t a new one available, they should have just told me, so I could decide whether to buy the tried-on one or not, instead of deceiving the customer.

went here shop clothes as a gift for someone.. at the cashier there the lady is super rude attitude, double check clothes need to remove the transparent plastic bag, I just take off not even 5 sec she just took away and threw to dustbin without asking the customer if they still need anot!!? I was so shocked with her attitude, and she don't think she did wrong give me a black face! Hello? I told her to take back I need it , why she did this is because she's lazy to fold back the clothes to put the plastic bag for the customer again.. and I told her is master payment paywave she take her own sweet time using her machine to press her amount it seems like she an old senior staff at there she act like a new staff ... Oh my goodness luckily she didn't key the wrong amount.. !! She key in correct ,.. If not make me more troublesome.. the red packet for cny give out with any purchase to the customer she also don't want to give , need me keep on chase her to give then she very angry....

Wasted my time and money!! Being waiting for her for very long for the payment.. she don't feel sorry for wasting the customer time. It seems she very use to it.. a lazy attitude...

I went here to shop for clothes as a gift for someone. At the cashier, the lady had a super rude attitude. When double-checking the clothes, I needed to remove them from their transparent plastic bags. I had just taken them off for not even 5 seconds when she took them away and threw them into the dustbin without asking if I still needed them or not! I was so shocked by her attitude, and she didn't seem to think she did anything wrong, giving me a dirty look! Hello? I told her to take them back as I needed them. She did this because she was too lazy to fold the clothes back and put them into the plastic bag for the customer again.
When I told her it was a Mastercard PayWave payment, she took her own sweet time using her machine to key in the amount. It seemed like she was an old, senior staff member there, yet she acted like a new staff member. Oh my goodness, luckily she didn't key in the wrong amount! She keyed in the correct amount; otherwise, it would have made things even more troublesome for me. She also didn't want to give me the red packet for CNY, which was supposed to be given out with any purchase to customers. I had to keep chasing her for it, and then she got very angry.
What kind of rubbish attitude is this?
