Superb service. The sales associate (I didn't manage to get her name) kept bringing in clothes for me to try. Some were styles I had never tried, but surprisingly looked nice on me. Prices were decent and reasonable.

I went here to shop for clothes as a gift for someone. At the cashier, the lady had a super rude attitude. When double-checking the clothes, I needed to remove them from their transparent plastic bags. I had just taken them off for not even 5 seconds when she took them away and threw them into the dustbin without asking if I still needed them or not! I was so shocked by her attitude, and she didn't seem to think she did anything wrong, giving me a dirty look! Hello? I told her to take them back as I needed them. She did this because she was too lazy to fold the clothes back and put them into the plastic bag for the customer again. When I told her it was a Mastercard PayWave payment, she took her own sweet time using her machine to key in the amount. It seemed like she was an old, senior staff member there, yet she acted like a new staff member. Oh my goodness, luckily she didn't key in the wrong amount! She keyed in the correct amount; otherwise, it would have made things even more troublesome for me. She also didn't want to give me the red packet for CNY, which was supposed to be given out with any purchase to customers. I had to keep chasing her for it, and then she got very angry. What kind of rubbish attitude is this? Wasted my time and money! I had to wait for her for a very long time for the payment. She didn't feel sorry for wasting my time. It seems she was very used to it – a lazy attitude. Really horrible customer service!

I bought a dress at this store. Before paying, I asked the staff to get me a new one. The staff went to the storage room and brought out a dress in a plastic bag. I thought it was new and didn’t check it before paying. However, when I got home, I realized that the dress wasn’t new at all—it was the one I had tried. If there wasn’t a new one available, they should have just told me, so I could decide whether to buy the tried-on one or not, instead of deceiving me.
