The air con was quite shiok, not too cold when I was in the fitting room. I loved the fitting room since it was the door kind rather than the curtain kind.
I was quite surprised that I could easily reach the clothing, as I consider myself to be quite short.
Clothing was also easy to find. Pants and shirts hung separately, easily visible within my eye range.
It's a spacious shop for clothing.

I was really disappointed with this shop because I went on Saturday (Westgate branch) and purchased two T-shirts (L size) at a 20% discount. I called on Monday because I had taken the wrong size. I was the last customer at the shop, and they were about to close, so in a hurry, I took one of the T-shirts in the wrong size (an S). They said that due to the 20% discount, they couldn't change the size. It was only a 20% discount, not 50% or 70%. I just requested to change the size, not to change to another item. I totally don't understand...
