Counter staff Liana and Xiao Juan are efficient and explained the package details well, finding the best way to manage my expired credit. I went in for my AFT session feeling very nervous, but my therapist, Berry, quickly put me at ease with her warmth and clear expertise. She genuinely cared about how I was feeling throughout. Her years of experience showed in the way she carried out every step with care and precision, which reassured me that I was truly in good hands from start to finish. Even before the session, Xiao Juan thoughtfully reached out to let me know Berry was ready ahead of schedule, and invited me to come in early — a thoughtful gesture I appreciated. She was also very friendly and patient in explaining the services. I’m really grateful for the level of attention and care I received — it made the whole experience feel safe, smooth, and truly comforting.

I had my first AFT underarm removal at this outlet, it was fuss-free. Anna, my therapist made the experience comfortable. Siti at the concierge was polite and friendly. Overall a great first experience and would choose to come back here again if I were to do AFT treatment :).

Strip outlet Westgate is sleek and modern, with comfortable and relaxing environment. The therapist Yajian was excellent and attentive, made me feel comfortable by offering a blanket. It was my first time doing brazillian waxing so Yajian ensured me every steps she did. It was painful to me but bearable for those first-timer. Good thing is They are not being so pushy about purchasing packages.
