My first time coming to this strip mall branch. Service is awesome and they have so many counters! Counter staff Liana and Xiao Juan are efficient and explained the package details well, finding the best way to manage my expired credit. Strip outlet Westgate is sleek and modern, with a comfortable and relaxing environment. The therapist, Yajian, was excellent and attentive, making me feel comfortable by offering a blanket. It was my first time doing Brazilian waxing, so Yajian reassured me about every step she took. It was painful for me but bearable for first-timers. A good thing is that they are not pushy about purchasing packages.
