Kudos to the team at the Westgate and Clementi branches. I visited Westgate on June 21, 2024, at 3 p.m. about my spectacles alignment. Dianne and her colleague provided very good service, and they certainly did a good job. They were patient and gave good advice about my dry eyes. They recommended eye drops and eye gel that would help ease my dry eyes.
I also visited the Clementi branch to order my lenses. Benjamin is fantastic; he was very professional and helpful.
Overall, I had a great experience with the team. I love them! Best service ever!

The in-store service was good; they promised our specs would be ready in 3-4 days, so we bought two pairs. Afterwards, we didn't receive any updates from the store. Upon contacting them (on the 5th day), we were informed that only one pair was ready, and the other might be ready in another week. The salesperson shouldn't have overpromised and should have taken the initiative to update us on delays or collection. I will update here again once the second pair of specs is ready, hopefully next week.
