Shop with caution and check for your bras if got any boogers or not.

Yes, pretty bad! I was there today at around 2 pm. They were having some Friday offer and I saw something I wanted to buy but there was a chain to the entrance of the shop, no signs. I thought maybe is toilet break. I went to do my shopping first, even went to eat something but when I came back about 1 hour later, still “closed”. I called the number listed on Google map but no one picked up. Like that how to do business ah? I walked around for a bit again but no show. Too bad but my wallet got saved. Next time go toilet or lunch break, put a sign to say what time will be back la.

Literally if I can put zero stars I would do so. Worst customer service experience. The sales associate was so pushy and rude I was utterly speechless, saying she got so much experience and so on yet just promoting the much pricer side bras please lah want to earn sales also not like this... not only so she open the blinds so widely while I'm still wearing my bra seriously !? Am I a product to display to the public?? I will never go back here to purchase ANY products and I mean it. Gosh what a bad shopping experience 🙄 Ladies please stay away from this outlet.

Worst Sorella ever. Went on Friday reached at 6pm, shop was closed by a line as though staff went out for break. Came at 7pm still closed! Came back at 8pm still close! Gave up and went home. Came on Sunday, short red haired lady was on the counter volume high watching video on phone. Went asked about sizes, she rudely insisted to get the expensive bra instead. I end up not getting any, disgusted by the Sorella Westgate staff service!!!!

Selling the same item at different prices. After payment, the service staff did not provide a receipt. I asked the website company for a receipt by email, but they said that I had to get it from them on the same day, not that I had come to the official request, and they did not have time to help me get a receipt
