Disgusting.
Shop with caution and check your bras for any boogers.

Bad.
Selling the same item at different prices. After payment, the service staff did not provide a receipt. I asked the website company for a receipt by email, but they said I had to get it from them on the same day, claiming my email was not an official request, and that they did not have time to help me get a receipt.

Worst Sorella ever. Went on Friday, arrived at 6 PM, the shop was closed, as though staff were on break. Came back at 7 PM, still closed! Came back at 8 PM, still closed! Gave up and went home. On Sunday, a short, red-haired lady was at the counter, watching a video on her phone with the volume high. When I asked about sizes, she rudely insisted I get the more expensive bra instead. I ended up not getting anything, disgusted by the Sorella Westgate staff's service!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Worst customer service experience. The sales associate was so pushy and rude that I was utterly speechless. She kept saying she had so much experience, yet only promoted the much pricier bras. If you want to earn sales, this isn't the way. Not only that, she opened the blinds wide open while I was still wearing my bra! Seriously? Am I a product to display to the public?? I will never go back here to purchase ANY products, and I mean it. Gosh, what a bad shopping experience 🙄 Ladies, please stay away from this outlet.

Yes, pretty bad! I was there today at around 2 pm. They were having a Friday offer and I saw something I wanted to buy, but there was a chain across the entrance of the shop. There were no signs. I thought maybe it was a toilet break. I did my shopping first, even ate something, but when I came back about 1 hour later, it was still “closed”. I called the number listed on Google Maps, but no one picked up. How can they do business like that?! I walked around for a bit again, but no one showed up. Too bad, but my wallet was saved. Next time, for toilet or lunch breaks, put a sign saying what time they will be back!
