I have been patronizing Schonemama since I gave birth to my son in 2023, as I had engorgement issues and am now working on postpartum recovery to improve my body overall. Previously, I was at their Rochester outlet and have since changed to the Westgate location. The staff here are all very nice and friendly, and the outlet is very clean.
I would especially like to commend Siew Ting, as she always performs her treatments well and helps me with what I need without hard selling. She is also very professional and knowledgeable about the treatments and products available, always recommending the best options for me. Siew Ting always asks if I am comfortable with the price before I agree to a package.
I also recommend Jennie and Jia Xin, as they are very professional and friendly and do not hard sell. Unlike other beauty salons I've been to previously, Schonemama truly treats their customers well, whether they are new or regular. I have also introduced my friends to them, and they have given great reviews as well.
Overall, I highly recommend this place to new mothers who are experiencing engorgement or postpartum issues.

I was recommended to Schonemama by a colleague due to bilateral multiple clogged ducts.
Here's an honest review. I went for their $18 trial and was consulted by Joanne, who explained my condition. My condition was quite bad, so I had to top up on other services. I had to go through 3 days of therapy to fully ensure its effectiveness. Consultant Joanne was knowledgeable and skillful!
I went for my 2nd day today and met Consultant Siewting and Therapist Jenny. After the lymphatic massage and breast massage with a machine to clear my lumps, my milk supply is back and actually more! Very impressed by their therapy!
Consultant Siewting was also very knowledgeable and shared with me how to extend my pumping sessions and advised me on a pumping schedule — something I, as a first-time mum, was struggling with!
