I had an amazing experience with Joanne and Jenny during my first breast lactation consultations. Both of them were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and supportive. Within just three sessions, I saw a noticeable increase in my milk supply, which was such a relief as a new mom with twins. Their breast massage techniques were not only effective but also made me feel more confident and comfortable with the breastfeeding journey. I’m truly grateful for their guidance and would highly recommend them to any moms looking for professional and compassionate lactation support!

Recommended to schonemama by colleague due to bilateral multiple clogged ducts. Honest review here. Went for their $18 trial and was consulted by Joanne and was told about my condition. My condition was quite bad so had to top up on other services. Have to go through 3 days of therapy to fully ensure effectiveness of therapy. Consultant Joanne was knowledgeable and skillful! Went for my 2nd day today and met consultant Siewting and therapist Jenny. And after the lymphatic massage and breast massage+machine to clear my lumps, my milk supply is back and actually more! Very impressed by their therapy! Consultant siewting was also very knowledgeable and shared with me on how to drag my pumps longer and advised a pumping schedule with me- something I as a first time mum was struggling with!

Therapist JiaXin is such a friendly and caring person. The massage she provides also allows me to have a peaceful and relaxing time. Nice tea break after massage as well

Previously I was at Rochester outlet and changed over to Westgate. The staff here are all very nice and friendly, the outlet is very clean too. I especially would like to commend Siew Ting, as she always does her treatment well and help me with what I need without hard selling. She is also very professional and knowledgeable with the treatments and products available recommending the best for me. Siew Ting will always ask whether I am comfortable with the price before I agree on the package. I also recommend Jennie and Jia Xin as they are very professional and friendly and also don’t hard sell. Unlike other beauty salons I been to previously, Schonemama really treat their customers well be it small customers or regular customers. As I have also introduced my friends and they have great reviews too. Overall I really recommend this place to new mummies who face engorgement or post partum issues!
