10 out of 10 for Amazing Customer Service.
I have just been in the store. The staff member Vincent patiently helped me transfer everything from my old phone to my new. It took 1.5 hours. In that time, several other customers came in with other queries and he was always helpful and respectful.

Recently went to this store on 6 Mar. Really excellent customer service by Jennifer (I think that was her name) - super patient, cheerful, helpful, and was able to answer any question I asked her with expert knowledge! She helped me transfer my phone data extremely patiently and helped to troubleshoot several issues. Thank you Jennifer! :)
Quite a nice and bright lit store with well placed items for trying out.
This would have been a five-star review, but I'm taking off one star because there was this rather rude male staff (dyed short hair) who was quite loud and somewhat passive-aggressive towards both customers and staff that day. Gave some loud sarcastic responses to a lady customer, and also rudely told Jennifer off in front of me (also a customer) for supposedly putting a promotional flyer in the wrong place (which sounds like a minor thing).

I’ve used Samsung products for a long time, so I was confident and expected a 'Samsung experience' at the store. I waited 10–20 minutes, which was okay because it was crowded.
When it was my turn, the staff just said “Yes?” — no proper greeting. I asked about the S25 Ultra, but they didn’t explain much unless I asked more questions.
It was a disappointing experience. I made the purchase, but I expected better.
